Q. Can you make personalised wedding figures we can keep forever.

A. Almost, our personalised figures are created from the finest coloured clay and under the right circumstances will last a very long time.

Q. Will our wedding figures look like us.

A. Not in facial features, our personalised figures are fun representations not sculptures and we don't go into great detail.

Q. Can I return the figures if I don't like them.

A. No, sorry but our figures are commissioned and are unique to you, no refund will be given, please be certain our figures are what you want before buying.

Q. Can you do bride and groom animal figures.

A. We will create any animal within reason, however some animals have parts that are extremely thin and this would make these parts very fragile, our bride & groom animal figures usually have human bodies and animal heads, It costs nothing to ask.

Q. How long will our figures take to be made and sent to us.

A. Our personalised figures can take 7 - 10 days from payment so please allow plenty of time for this, although most are created and sent within seven days, any paid by cheque may take a little longer.

Q. What if our figures arrive damaged.

A. We will do everything in our power to pack and parcel your figures for transportation, however if damages occur due to the nature of the postage system let us know as soon as possible, giving us enough notice will allow us time to have your figures made and sent again in time for your big day.

Q. I have an unusual request for our figures, can you do them.

A. We try our very best to make the figures you want, we have had many strange or unusual requests over the years, let us know what you want and we will let you know if it's possible for us to do them.

Q. I would like my figures sitting down so that I can put them on the edge of the top of our wedding cake, is this possible.

A. We can create figures that are sitting down, standing up, lying down, just about any pose imaginable.

Q. Why don't you do the figures which look like us in facial features.

A. This is a specialist craft and for a sculptor it involves a great deal of time, and costs a great deal more than we charge for our personalised figures, these people are experts at what they do and we admire them greatly but due to time constraints and costs we prefer to create our fun figures.
